Christmas Gatherings Light Up Christen Family Homes
A flurry of Christmas visits and dinners filled the Christen Bros. and related families homes. Elizabeth Christen of Wilmette joined relatives, and numerous guests from Ottumwa, Mt. Vernon, Guttenberg, Pasadena, and other towns shared holiday meals and outings across multiple days, with extended families and friends present in Christens, Dennlers, Lantzs, and Hansons homes. Various travel between Iowa centers and California households marked the season.
