The Good Shepherd Lesson Text Teachings
The lesson outlines Jesus as the door of the sheepfold and the keeper of the sheep, contrasting true shepherds with hirelings. It stresses the door as entry to pasture, calls readers to respond to Jesus voice, and notes the call to unite believers under one fold, with emphasis on sacrifice and redemptive purpose. It highlights the shepherd’s care, the danger from wolves, and Christ’s voluntary crucifixion for all lost souls.
