The Elgin Echo is published weekly in Elgin Iowa Fayette County. It is entered as second class mail matter September 1 1851 at Elgin Post Office under the act of March 3 1851.
Local ceremony held at a church in Elkader united Mr Aden Hanson and Miss Linda Manson with John Orr and Mrs Raphael Os among attendees. Rev Stee’ B Marcey Alger officiated. The reception followed with guests and families listed, including several local names and helpers.
