Iowa's New State Office Building Nears Completion
After a decade of planning, Iowa's state office building is nearly finished with transfer of departments to begin Sept. 1. The state also reports fewer than 50 known drug addicts in Iowa, about one per 52,420 residents, yet calls drug use a serious issue.
