Sixty Year Surprise Birthday Remembered
Sixty years ago Ban Schori was born and a quiet surprise party was planned by family friends. Ben Schori, unaware, visited town for a shave and new navy suit before returning home to find his guests awaiting him in celebration of his sixty years. The scene captured the joy and youth sparked by the unexpected homecoming. Also noted is a passenger excursion planned by the BCRN Wy for teachers to the Pan American Exposition in Buffalo with a special train and barcar, led by Mr EO Soule and assisted by a team of aides from various rail entities and institutions.
