Hardin County Supervisors settle road cases and tax delays
The 1889 Hardin County Board of Supervisors met in Epora to address bridge maintenance and a contested road from Alden township to the county line with Franklin county. They postponed actions on a road in 1-89-22 and reviewed a Tipton school road matter. They remitted taxes for a poor widow in Ackley, approved multiple bridge and road projects, and set the 1889 tax levy across state, county, and local districts.
