Notice is given that a document purporting to be the last will of A Taggart, late of Hardin county, has been opened and read. The court sets Tuesday the fifth day of October, 1901, for hearing proof of the will, with the seal of the District Court at Eldora Town.
Notice that J. D. Newcommon has been appointed and qualified as special administrator of the estate of A. Taggart, deceased in Hardin County. Creditors and those with claims must present them promptly to the administrator for allowance, dated Sept 6, 1801.
An ordinance directs the town council of Eldora Iowa to require property owners along Madison Street on blocks 1B and 12 to build a sidewalk from the southeast corner of Block 18 to the northeast corner of Block 12. Sidewalks are to be inch boards four feet long and up to eight inches wide, completed by October first. Signed by Mayor John Porden and Recorder H. R. Koineron with date September 3.
