Girdle Duelist Group Storied at National Museum Sweden
The Nordic display centers on Moleri’s Girdle Duelist from the National Museum grounds. The piece depicts two men bound by a girdle with knives, amid Runic reliefs and scenes of ancient Scandinavian life. The exhibit includes Viking tools, weapons, chairs with teeth, beggars’ clubs, Runic staves, and recreated primitive rooms, illustrating historic customs and daily objects.
