The Public Welfare Department held its annual 6 30 pot luck dinner at Mrs. C. L. Lamb’s home. A regular business meeting followed and the group voted to continue the club for another year. A crowded program at Union high school featured 8th grade and 12th grade ceremonies. Seniors heard Dr. William Baddeley address the crowd. Marlene Meyers led processional and recessional as diplomas were handed by Ruth Hil sabeck.
