Gregory Webster a 33 year old Tew Eldora Chamber of Commerce secretary was introduced at the annual chamber dinner Monday night at a grand Country Building. Webster hired last Thursday by the chamber will receive a B S degree in history from Iowa State College in Ames this May. He has studied engineering and is a Creston native who began secretarial work six years ago. Webster attended Arkansas Fay and Stanford under the army ASTP program. He replaces R M Salis as chamber secretary.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Andrleangey Funeral Home for Mrs. Charles W. West who died Friday. Burial was in Eldora cemetery. Born February 7, 1878 at Davia City, Nebraska, she came to Eldora in 3937. Survivors include Lusitie of Mar, a daughter. Plans to enlarge Lake and parks were approved by Gov Herschel Loveless. Revenue will be provided to finance the projects.
