At Kidora junior high, Principal Warren Zimmerman listed thirty five students from sixth to eighth grade on the final quarter honor roll. Five students were honored for perfect attendance or punctuality: Ruby Barr LaDonna Teckenburg Arlene Kirkdorffer Sharon Shephard Eldon Kirkdorffer. An 80 acre farm near Sibley sold for 36000 dollars at 450 per acre to John Balkema of Doon from Fred Hensch. The note adds the price as among the highest in years.
