A Card For Good Citizenship Idea Takes Root Nationwide
Editor L. C. Perry promotes Patriotic Citizens cards to honor regular voters at the polls. Voters would receive colored stars on the card showing voting frequency, with silver, gold, or other marks for ongoing citizenship. Officials would sign the card, aiming for universal adoption to identify good citizens across communities. The note ties land stewardship and fiscal balance to responsible civic participation.
