In St Paul Minnesota on November 19 Senator Davis is believed near death's door. He has lost the benefit of Saturday's rally with restlessness and delirium. The last official bulletin was discouraging in character.
Milwaukee officials report the national Elks convention committee is weighing Jos. G. Donnelly’s proposal to stage a bull fight in Milwaukee. The suggestion comes from a former Mexican consular official and is under discussion as a potential event for the convention.

He adopted this policy at the campaign’s end and will continue it until a matter of immediate national portent or party policy renders his opinion necessary or advisable.
