Hog receipts around 6500 with prices stabilizing to 5.30 top and 5.20 bulk. sheep receipts 7230 with lambs and mutton prices in the 6.85 to 7.00 range and 4.50 to 5.25 for other sheep grades.

The Edna school opens today for a summer normal session in Texas and will run through July 7. The program features experienced instructors and aims to provide intensive training for teachers in the Edna area.
