In San Antonio yesterday Judge James rendered an opinion in Cof tin Admi vs Loomis et al on appeal from El Paso County reversing the lower court and rendering judgment in favor of Cof tin Admi. The decision favors Co. 0. Coftia Rami.
A sprightly young musician arrived at Ed De Remer's house and proposes to join as the bassoonist for the McGinty band.
