Dollie Monbars alias Knapp a blonde woman with diamonds was arrested by Chief Lockhart in Albuquerque this morning. She faces a charge of assault with intent to murder and appeared before Justice Spencer this afternoon. She had fled to Mexico after a prior bail forfeiture and is said to have lived in Chihuahua City until recently.
