Noonan Proposes Panel Investigation of Steel and Wire Closings

Representative Noonan of Chicago returns to his seat and introduces a resolution on the recent American Steel and Wire shutdowns. Arrest of Enrique Martinez for alleged burglary at Grand Central

Officer Billy Smith arrested Enrique Martinez at 2 a.m. for alleged burglary after finding a pile of clothing in an alley behind El Paso Street.
