A telephone help line has been established to answer questions about El Dorado School District finances and the proposed millage increase. Jerry Watkins of the Vote for Education Committee said the line will operate Wednesday through Friday and Monday to Tuesday, calling UNjon 3-8863, with callbacks for requested details.
