Miss Ruth Jane Mixon the Arkansas State President of the Business and Professional Women's Club spoke at the El Dorado B P W meeting at the Rufus Garrett Hotel. She urged that barriers to executive positions be knocked down and praised career women for handling pressure while maintaining poise. Leona Amason presided and Bette Gordon introduced the speaker.
