State Auditor Nelson will issue a voucher to Madison County for about 19 000 as part of reimbursements under a new Illinois law expanding blind pensioner benefits. Counties will be repaid half of amount paid. first reimbursement covers July 1 1928 to June 30 1929. County officials expect funds after July 1 and require an itemized statement before a warrant. The county’s quarterly and annual totals include 77 blind recipients receiving 365 annually each.
