Edwardsville High School graduates eighty recipients in 1930 ceremony
Seventy nine students received diplomas at Edwardsville High School last night in the first graduation held in the new gym. Valedictorian Artrude Westerhelde and salutatorian Melba Dorr led the class, which included two sets of twins and graduates from Worden New Douglas Matine Alhambra and St Jacob. Dr Conger of Knox College spoke on the changing times and social life influenced by modern inventions.

Members of the Wda wardsville High School Alumni Association denounce a one act comedy titled The Big Event as highly suggestive. They say it was performed at the annual reunion before a mixed audience including young people and graduates. Raids Hit Staunton Areas By Federal Agents
