A 25-foot Bayliner valued at 20000 dollars was recovered by Snohomish County deputies after a March 6 or 7 theft from Edmonds Port marina. A nearby resident spotted the boat on a Marysville beach Wednesday and spoke with a person aboard who claimed battery trouble before authorities were alerted.

Break-in at CPA Firm in Edmonds Over Weekend

World champion Rosalynn Sumners wins figure skating title
Rosalynn Sumners of Edmonds captured the senior Ladies World Figure Skating Championship gold in Helsinki with a four and a half minute program. The 18 year old, on a 17 city world tour after winning the U.S. title on Feb 4, will be away until April 3 or 14. Edmonds plans a red carpet reception and Mayor Harve Harrison congratulated her by phone. KING-TV will air a Rosalyn special Friday March 18 at 7:30.

PUD Eyes 16.7 Percent Rate Increase to Cover Nuclear Debt
