Freeway ramps delayed by 220th Street widening
Mountlake Terrace officials say opening of the new I-5 ramps must wait until 220th Street widening is finished. The project expands the roadway from the 220th Street bridge over I-5 to Highway 99 from four to five lanes, with traffic limited to two during construction.
