Shoot-out suspect found unfit for trial
Jerry Jeppesen, 46, accused of trying to kill one officer and assaulting another during an I-5 chase last October, has been found incompetent to stand trial and charges dismissed. Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Gerald Knight made the ruling last week after a psychologist testified.
