Campaign kicks off for Centennial Center in South County
Friends of the Centennial Center plan a 20 million cultural arts center in Edmonds Community property near 200th Street SW for a September 16 special election. Chair Pat Cordova cites ground campaigns, fundraisers, and volunteers to win 8,000 votes. The center would include a 450 seat theater and an 1,800 seat theater on 10.5 acres, with Edmonds Community College handling maintenance.
