Hypnosis lecture set at Edmonds Community College
Lynnwood hypnotherapist Judith Senecal-Speed will give a free noon to 1 p.m. talk on relaxation and self hypnosis as part of Edmonds Community College spring Brown Bag series on April 10. She says hypnosis guides the subconscious, aids habit change, and can help with weight loss, smoking cessation, self esteem, and pain management.
