The town council and citizens selected a site near the academy for a three story college building. It will be 125 by 40 feet with a dining room and kitchen on the first floor classrooms on the first floor, an auditorium and dormitories on the second, and dormitories on the third. The plan places the north end about 50 feet southeast of the academy, facing west.
