Temperance Convention Proceedings at Pendleton Edgefield

Delegates met in Pendleton August 13 14 under President J B O Neall with Dr B M Palmer presiding and R H Speers J R Wilson as secretaries. Committees selected speakers and statistics while pledges were signed, resolutions urged district temperance societies, and delegates planned Georgia North Carolina participation.
