They were inspected Saturday by Mr. Lewis Haskel, acting assistant adjutant and inspector general. Judge J D Allen presided a special probate term Tuesday and Thursday to hear Emma Budwell's will contest. Lawyers of high caliber argued the case before many witnesses. Miss Ellamays Allen acted as stenographer, recording testimony swiftly. The court sustained the will, contestants appeal to the higher court awaiting final ruling on valuable estate.
