Knights of Pythias Banquet at Turner Hall Stirs Local Pride

A Knights of Pythias banquet at Turner hall delighted 175 guests with generous oysters, coffee, crackers and pickles. Speakers included Dr. J. A. Dobey, Dr. W. S. Dorset, Prof. W. C. Carry and Rev. E. H. Beckham, who quipped about oysters and fraternity, women, and education.

Mrs Woodson Hosts Entertainment for Augusta Guest

Mrs A A Woodson entertained a group of friends at her home on Saturday in honor of Mrs C H Shaiken of Augusta.
