Sealed proposals will be received until 2 00 p m Wednesday May December 20 1950 by the Eagle Lake Independent School District at the Superintendent's office Eagle Lake Texas for the construction of an Elementary School Building and a Negro School Building at Eagle Lake Texas with two proposals on general construction and specific trades Documentation and contract forms are on file at the Eagle Lake Schools Building office and at the architect's office in Austin Texas Plans and specifications may be obtained from the architect with deposit required Copies of the documents will be returned if not used for bidding and deposits refunded less a handling charge if plans are not used for bidding. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
