Colorado County Sheriff Sells Property at Public Auction
Sheriff Adam Buruschh of Colorado County Texas announces a levy on a tract of land described as part of Block 1 along Main Street and adjacent parcels. The sale, by order of the Hudson Grain Company, will be held on the first Tuesday in April 1925 at the Colorado County Courthouse to satisfy a judgment of $43.00 and interest at 8 percent. The notice includes detailed property description from prior deeds and warns of prior liens.
