The county commissioners appoint Henry Hurt editor of the Colorada County Citizen to chair the relief board succeeding J Yo Frnka who resigned. Other members include Charles Herder Weimar Henry L W Stiles and Schram Gazwond a Vo Cherry collector of statutes.
