Drymalla To Get Contract For Completing Schools
The Eagle Lake School Board plans to sign contracts with Columbus contractor Dr Drymalla to finish construction on district school buildings. The bid of 203000 covers all remaining work with 115,000 local funds, 2870 architect fee, and 85603.30 from Federal Insurance Company. Insurance backs the project after a previous contractor’s voided contract. Work to begin soon as Wednesday’s session concludes. The gymnasium wall collapse last night prompts repairs, but insurance covers the damage and plans include a four room addition to the white elementary school.
