Long Texas foreclosure judgment against Eldridge and Faber firms
A December 1924 Texas court decree orders W T Eldridge and Faber Planting Co to pay Joseph and Blanche Selosheimer fifty eight thousand one hundred eighty eight dollars with eight percent interest and costs, plus Faber Mercantile Co twenty eight thousand five hundred and ninety nine dollars with interest. The ruling targets multiple Colorado County land parcels totaling over seventeen hundred acres, under a complex chain of past deeds and trusts, to satisfy the judgments. A February 1925 public sale at the Colorado County Courthouse will auction the described properties to satisfy the debts, under trustees and lenders including Sugaryland Todgeries and Faber Planting Co.
