City Street Program Changes Blocked by Progress
Say ofGrinds stated due to progress of the street improvement program no changes can be made to additions or deletions from the original plan. Citizens who rejected proposed improvements may wish to have their streets paved or curb and gutter constructed but the program has reached a point where future additions would be difficult to complete as the project stands. Many streets have received all work except final paving and curbs where curves are essential.
