IH Prices and Distributor Compliance Fight Inflated Resales
Here at IH we warn against inflated resale prices for our products and explain the price reduction policy begun in 1947. We cite record production, new plants in Louisville Evansville Melrose Park and a Memphis unit, plus dealer efforts to allocate fairly and prevent resale to maintain goodwill with customers and dealers. We urge customers to buy at list price based on present need and advise dealers to verify personal usage and deter resales.
