Robbery at West Durham Store Co. reported
The West Durham Store Co suffers a daytime break in between Saturday midnight and Sunday morning. Goods including shoes undergarments tobacco cigars and various items were taken. money was not. Estimated loss at least 150 dollars. Bloodhounds were requested from Raleigh then Alamance County but not secured. This is the store's second robbery with prior theft and capture linked to Wesley Geer. Local officials watch for suspects, including possible negroes seen in Raleigh selling goods.
