Riley Named Administrator in Suit Over Wilkins Death
John W. Riley qualified as administrator of the estate of John Wilkins and remains plaintiff in a Durham Superior Court damages action against Southern Railway for 2000 dollars. Wilkins was killed in August when he crossed from the Seaboard line to the Southern. The case will be docketed at the next civil term.
