Wyatt Bros Form New Durham NC Business After Dissolution

The firm of W J Wyatt & Co of Durham North Carolina dissolves by mutual consent. William com Jr sells his interest to M B Wyatt. The business continues as Wyatt Bros who will pay all debts and collect all receivables at the former place of business. March 1 1849.
