Mrs. H E Kelley died suddenly in Jacksville Florida on May 27 from heart failure after a long stomach ailment. She was about 35, born Ella Courtney, married to H E Kelley on April 16 1902 in Duncan Arizona. Remains brought to Muscatine for burial in St Marys cemetery June 2 after services at Wittrich Bros. She leaves husband and a daughter Alpha plus Lillian four brothers J P J T Michel of this community and Frank of Crawfordsville Iowa.

The Duncan newspaper notes the death of Mary infant daughter of Mr and Mrs C Martin from cholera infantum last Saturday noon. Funeral rites were conducted by Rev J Craig Watt at Duncan cemetery with a large crowd in attendance.
