Discharged after grand jury fails to indict trio on grand larceny

Mexican Bullets Kill And Maim Americans At Agua Prieta
Douglas Arizona April 14. Rebels surprised the garrison at Agua Prieta and captured the town after three hours of fire. Seven Mexican Federals and eight rebels were killed with thirty five wounded on both sides. Second Street School lay in the line of fire and pupils fled as bullets sang through the area.
