Death of George Holfeltz at Duchesne
George Holfeltz died at his Duchesne home on Saturday June 29 after a yearlong stomach cancer battle. Born March 7, 1871 in Mill Way, he moved from Vernal to Duchesne and later to town. Survived by widow Berthena Christensen and three children, plus several siblings. Funeral services were held with interment at Mid burial. he was a member of the LDS church and beloved husband and father.
