Albert K Atwood of Hanna Utah applied under 1919 Utah law to shift the place of use of 1.67 acre feet of Duchesne River water from 77 acres in Sec.32 and Sec.18 to irrigate 90 acres in Sec.29 and Sec.32 all in T1N R8W Utah. The change requests new diversion point and extended irrigation period from April 1 to October 15. File No a800 in State Engineer’s office.
State Engineers Office Utah publishes notice that Upper Blue Bench Irrigation District applies to appropriate 670 acre feet from Low High Lake Duchesne County. Water to be impounded by dam and diverted through Rock Creek to irrigate about 19320 acres across extensive Sec. and Township ranges. Protests must be affidavits within 30 days after first publication. Dates: Nov 25 1924 to Dec 26 1924.
