Notice of Birth Day Celebration Postponement at Dublin Castle

Postscript from Dublin Castle dated Monday Prb 8 1790 announces the postponement of the Celebrations of Her Majesty's Birth Day at the Cattle of Dublin to Thursday March 4. Nobility and gentry are urged to dress in Irish Manufactures and attend. Ladies planning to dance Mingels must send their names to the Office on Tuesday and Wednesday of Merch ee N.D. Attendance ends after Two o'clock on the day of the Ball. John Hasler.
