The advertisement emphasizes tangible rewards for assembling and delivering a sizable group of new subscribers.
The notice offers first class sewing machines from Finkle and Lyon at 65 dollars retail. Flour 100 weight price 500 dollars, dried apples, butter, raisins, eggs, prunes, potatoes, whitefish, mackerel, codfish, tea, coffee, sugar and lead ore among items.
