Rose of the Rock River riverboat offers autumn cruise charm
The Rose, a 100-foot riverboat at Maxson Manor in Oregon, offers two hour trips along the Rock River on a warm autumn Sunday. Paddle wheels, two 90 horsepower Cummins engines, and mid-1800s interior detail recreate a bygone era while cruising in as little as 38 inches of water.
