Gotham City to Dixon area movie goers lined up for Batman premiere showings at Plaza Cinema. Bowman Theaters GM Ken McMunn called it the best response since January 1984, with about 500 waiting for the 9 p.m. showing and 100 for the 5 p.m. start. Fans wore Batman shirts and chairs were provided for two children to view the film.
