Two-Cylinder Tractors on Display in Grand Detour Show
Nearly 600 visitors attended the John Deere Historic Site two cylinder exhibition opening in Grand Detour. The four day event features 30 tractors from 1918 to 1959 on view daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Gordon Tjelmeland of John Deere says the Two-Cylinder Club, a worldwide tractor collectors group, restores units for display. This marks the first show at the Grand Detour site which also includes a blacksmith demonstration.
