Senior Center Bowlers Meet Weekly at Plum Hollow Dixon
The Senior Center Bowling group meets every Monday and Thursday at 9 am at Plum Hollow Bowling Lanes in Dixon. The latest scoring period covers mid November to mid December with 22 series of 500 plus and 13 games over 200. Verna Reiff led with a 546 series and 217 game, the top women’s marks, while Lyle Williamson posted four 500 series and a 228 game among the top men. Several women surpassed 200, and many men posted high scores, with notable figures listed. Mary De Francisco died December 18, a party followed on December 21 to honor December birthdays and wedding anniversaries, hosted by Lucille Folk.
